NGI Venture Challenge A ‘must-do’ opportunity for all life sciences entrepreneurs and the ideal way to receive coaching and advice on essential elements of setting up a business. In two 3-day workshops, the facilitators and other ‘competing’ teams will challenge you to focus our business idea to create optimal customer value, and you will learn to pitch our business case.
At the end of the Challenge, the team with the best venture plan and pitch will be awarded € 25,000. During the Dutch Life Sciences & Health Conference, the two nominees will give a presentation and the winner of the NGI Venture Challenge Award Fall 2011 will be announced. Find out how Dr. ir. The NGI Venture Challenge is part of the LifeSciences@work programme, a coherent support programme for all Life Sciences starters. LifeSciences@work brings together seven existing start-up support activities, including the Venture Challenge, Pre-Seed Grant, and the Masterclass Biobusiness, and offers training and education, coaching, financing and networking opportunities. Glycocheck winner of the public award investors forum 2010
Besides the investors also the conference participants had the opportunity to vote for the best start-up company. Glycocheck was selected as the winner of the Public Award Investors forum. According to the participants the entrepreneurial skills of the Glycocheck team together with the companies business model make Glycocheck the most promising company.
Glycocheck’s team, Jonathon de Jonge and Pieter Goedhart received a meet & greet diner cheque from Iventus. The cheque can be used for a networking diner with a CEO of the winners choice and which will organised by Iventus.
