The main conference area will offer an exhibition showcasing start-up companies, service providers, research organisations and networking organisations. Lunch, breaks and the conference reception will all take place in this area, giving you ample opportunity to interact with about 350 participants. To present your company, products, technology or services to participants in the Dutch Life Sciences & Health Conference, you can register for a place at the exhibition.

Exhibition fee
EUR 1100.00 excl. 19% VAT

 
Exhibition package
In the main congress area you will be provided with:

  • Exhibition space 4 m2
  • One table and two chairs

A booth includes:

  • Your company name and hyperlink to your website on the congress website
  • Your logo  in conference compass app
  • Your logo in conference special (newspaper)
  • 2 entrance tickets
Electricity to be ordered separately (costs EUR 35.00 excl. 19% VAT)

The use of posters (X-kites/L-banners) and other promotional material is permitted as long as they fit into the hired exhibition space. It is not possible to stick posters or other promotional material to the walls.
