Policy and Procedures
- The conference fee indicated is the fee per participant.
- Upon receipt of registration the invoice sent should be paid within two weeks.
- Registrations less than two weeks prior to the congress will receive an electronic invoice, which must be paid prior to the congress.
- A surcharge of EUR 35.00 will be charged to cover statutory interest and administration costs if payment is not received within the given time.
- The fees include congress participation (all day), coffee and tea during breaks, lunch and reception.
Space availability Participation is based on availability and may sell out prior to the conference date.
Cancellation
- Refunds for cancellations will only be granted if cancellation is received in writing no later than two weeks prior to the congress.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the original amount will be charged for all cancellations later than two weeks prior to the congress.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the original amount will be charged for the cancellation of a table top reservation later than two weeks prior to the congress.
- The full conference fee will be charged in the case of cancellation or no-show on the congress date.
